I was referred to Dr. Carter by my dentist office for a retreat. Dr. Carter explained everything thoroughly, he was so sweet, gentle and simply caring. The whole office is amazing! He ended up having to do a root canal retreat and it was the best experience! I’ve never not felt the needle for numbing until Dr. Carter. They also call and check on you after invasive procedures and make sure you tolerated everything well, I’ve never had an office do this. I would recommend Dr. Carter to everyone. He is simply amazing at what he does. I will be returning for any other dental issues needed! Thank you so much!

I was referred to this place by my Dentist. When I called to schedule my appointment, the person who answered the phone was very rude and short. I explained to her that I have severe anxiety on a normal day and that Dentists make it worse. She basically was rude and didn't want to hear what I had to say or my fears. She brushed me off and just took my appointment. I ended up cancelling. Will never step foot in this office!

Unfortunately it was my second trip to Dr. Carter's office for his services. The first time he did a great job and the second time he did a great job again. If I need his services again, they are the only ones I will go to! Great job and thanks for getting me in as soon as you did!

The staff there was very polite. When the doctor came in, he was very knowledgeable and took the time to really explain what was going on with me. He used pictures and physical models to show me exactly what was going on. I really appreciated that. The building they are in is undergoing some renovations, that's why there is some siding missing. The interior is nice, clean and welcoming.

Had a root canal done by Dr. Carter, never had one before. He and his assistant, Georgia did a GREAT job! I felt no pain at all during and have had hardly any pain since coming home. Nice staff, nice office and very capable and nice doctor. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing a root canal!
